Return Policy

Our goal is that you are thrilled with your order! If for some reason you choose to return part or all of your please contact us at 888-215-3482 to obtain an RMA. We use an RMA so that there are no misunderstanding when your return is received by us. When you contact us for an RMA number, we will provide you with the exact shipping address for your return.

You may return new, unused items sold by UberSoccerUSA within 14 days of delivery for a credit or exchange of the cost of the merchandise. We only accept returns for items that are in new condition and have not been used. Any items that has been customized in any way are not returnable.

When returning an item, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the return to us. Items should be returned in their original packaging. If you have to return an item, please take special care to make sure the item is well packed and protected. The item has to be received by us in new condition to receive a refund.

If you are returning an item that cost more than $75.00 we suggest you use a shipping method that provides you with a tracking number. You may also consider ensuring the merchandise against loss or damage.

Once your item has been received by us, we will conduct an inspection of the item to assure the product returned is in resellable condition. If the item is in new condition, we will refund your original purchase price less the actual cost we incurred to ship the product to you. For items that are shipped with "Free Shipping", the actual cost of our shipping will be deducted from any refund. 

We will process a refund for your items the same day we receive your items!
